1) You are the sole author/s and owner/s of the material and have the exclusive right and authority to submit your work to Writers' Reveal upon the terms and conditions set forth herein, and non of the rights granted herein will be libel or defame any third party or otherwise violate the rights of any third party, whether under copyright or otherwise.
2) The material is submitted to Writers' Reveal voluntarily and not in confidence, and no confidential or fiduciary relationship between you and Writers' Reveal exists or is being created by the agreement or by your submission of material.
3) Writers' Reveal has the right to terminate your use of the services if it deems in it's sole and absolute discretion that you have violated the agreement and the terms and conditions set forth herein, which includes the submission of obscene, defamatory, illegal or offensive material.
4) In the event of any material being rejected from the Writers' Reveal site, we will automatically have any subscription fee refunded to the author.
5) You shall defend, indemnify and hold Writers' Reveal harmless from and against all liability, demands, losses, damages claims and expenses, including solicitor's fees, arising from or relating to your use of Writers' Reveal, or any breach or claim of breach of this agreement. Under no condition or circumstances (including but not including negligence), will Writers' Reveal be responsible to you for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages or losses which may incur in relation to your use or the use by others of Writers' Reveal services or in relation to any of the data or materials transmitted through or existing within the Writers' Reveal system, even if Writers' Reveal has been advised of the possibility of such damage or loss.
6) Writers' Reveal does not act as an agent or representative to authors in any way shape or form.
7) It is your sole responsibility to protect your material, including filing and registration and we recommend with The UK Copyright Service or the Writers' Copyright Association.
8) Writers' Reveal does not guarantee that any requests will be made for your material when using the services of Writers' Reveal.
9) Writers' Reveal reserves the right to edit any part of the material submitted if it deems it is unsuitable or for formatting purposes.
10) Writers' Reveal may have access to literary and other creative ideas that may be similar or identical to your own material, whether in the idea, theme, plot or other respects. You will not be entitled to any compensation because of the use of any such similar or identical material that may have been independently created by any agent, manager, producer or other industry professional.
11) On no account is Writers' Reveal entitled to any rights whatsoever in the event of the creator's work being commissioned for whatever professional purposes.
12) You hereby state that you have read and understand this agreement when subscribing to Writers' Reveal.
